The Editor is responsible for the final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of articles.
All contributions will be initially assessed by the editor for suitability for the journal.
Papers are then typically sent to a minimum of two independent reviewers to assess the quality of the paper.
This journal practices a double-blind review, which means the identities of the authors are concealed from the reviewers and vice versa according to the double-blind way.
Therefore, while submitting the paper, please write the title page (with author details): This should include the title, authors' names, affiliations, and a complete address for the corresponding author, including an e-mail address.
Blinded article (no author's details): The main body of the paper (including the references, figures, tables, and any acknowledgments) should not include any identifying information, such as the author's names or affiliations.
